Justice in Policing Act vs. BREATHE Act

As of right now, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are calling for the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. However, George Floyd's life would not have been saved by the provisions of this bill - because this bill calls for reform. For example, the implementation of more cameras, more training and more money spent on policing. On the other hand, the BREATHE Act is radically different, totally reimagining community safety.
